It’s a ninety minute silent group art making session via video. A quiet time carved out in the week to work with a sense of camaraderie and community. Here is the format:

  • We show up (doors open 15 mins ahead of time if want some community and conversation)

  • We find our center

  • We mute and dive in – with a solid 75 minutes set aside to be creative

  • We close by checking in – and that’s it!

What is      

Studio Time!?

  • We meet on Thursdays from 1-2:30 PM (EST)

  • Nope! Just show up. I send out weekly emails with a reminder and will do my best to let you know ahead of time if we will miss a session.

  • You are welcome to come late and/or leave early. The main purpose is to help you carve out time to make art and provide accountability.

  • It is not mandatory to turn on your camera, though most people do (at least when we first meet and at the end of the gathering). And you don’t need to share what you worked on – most people don’t, but you can if you want!

  • Yes! Lots of artists and illustrators join weekly, but we welcome anyone looking to carve out some creative time as well!
